Note: These instructions will only work with a Wi-Fi connection because iOS does not allow changes to DNS servers when mobile data is used on your iPhone. Step 4: Scroll to the DNS section and click on the right side of the key to change the DNS208.67.222.222, 208.67.220.220 server address
Now that you have set up your iPhone with OpenDNS, to adjust the filtering of web content on a particular network, you must first connect to the OpenDNS dashboard.
Under the Settings section for the top-left section, select the appropriate network for which you want to edit.
Click the Filter web content option on the left side and below you will see all the available options that you can choose.
Choose the filter level according to your needs and click Apply. There you go, you have blocked content and websites using OpenDNS.

How to block websites on iPhone using secure browsers
